We only guarantee the final date and scheduled time after confirmation of availability and payment.
It is required a 50% payment upon the service adjudication and the remaining 50% two months before the reserved date, (if the reserved date is sooner than two months on adjudication, the full amount of 100% must be paid upon the adjudication).
Failure to show-up on the date and time of the scheduled contracted service does not confer the right to a refund of the full or partial amount already paid to that day.
The entity(ies) providing the service(s) has the reserved right, by justified cause, to credit part of the amount paid on a new service, on a date and time to be scheduled according to the yachts availability, within a maximum period of 12 months.
If the weather conditions are adverse, presenting any kind of hazard to the yacht, passengers, occupants and/or crew, or even if the service provider requests a cancelation within 48 hours before the scheduled service, for any given reason, the contracted service is obligatorily changed to the date agreed between the two parties (a 12 month voucher will be issued), with no right to refund of any partial of full amount.
It is Passengers and Occupants responsibility to always inform the crew (preferably on reservation) of any allergies, intolerances or food restrictions, medical and clinical conditions that make it impossible to stay on the yacht, to the detriment of themselves or other occupants or crew.
If any passenger or occupant is notoriously under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any other disabling substances, at the beginning of the service or during the service, the service provider reserves the right to not allow him/her to remain on board, refraining him/her from participating in the contracted service, not giving them the right to any kind of refund, total or partial of the amount paid.
National/Public holidays, Local holidays, special/commemorative dates, may have their own programs and prices different from those presented in this table.
